Has anyone read any research on this? Apparently, raising your heart rate before a lift can reduce DOMS. I wish I could find more than one study.
DOMS makes you feel like a man.
No way!!! I’d hate to imagine how sore I’d be, if my heart rate stayed under 70 beats per minute during my workouts

“Cardioaccelaration.” This has got to be the only field where you can just make up terms out of nowhere.
