Ive started doing inclined treadmill walking, around 5.5mph for 20 mins at the end of my workout, i mix it up with 20 mins of high level biking. Only been doing this a week so not too sure what the result will be.
My diet is in check (v-diet atm) 2 weeks left of that then v-diet lite. Guna continue my cardio at the end of my trainin session n i guess the weight is just guna drop off.
Hate runnin/jogging for long periods, much prefer 20 mins 5/6 times a week.
I weigh 220lbs and im 5’ 9", I just wanna lose about 15lbs get to 205 or 200 and assess it from there.
And the guy who asked why I don’t like HIIT. My biggest problem is that Im not sure if Im pushing myself hard enough and not exactly sure what kinda routine to do.
I can’t stand the monotony and boredom of walking on a treadmill either. I’m not sure where you live, but couldn’t just do a brisk walk or jog to the store instead of driving? Where I live there’s plenty of shit within walking distance so there’s always the option of walking instead of driving.

Ya know the biggest problem I have with running outside is my Asthma acts up crazy. For instance jogging 4mph for 20minute at the Gym is somewhat taxing but overall very doable. However if I tried jogging outside I seriously can’t go 2-3minutes without needing my inhaler, it really sucks.
Sorry to hear that. If you have a smartphone, download Pandora. It’s awesome once you get bored of the music on your IPod and might make the cardio more tolerable.
