im currently cutting from 178 to 167 at 20% body fat
im 17, and my weight is 178 as stated above
does anybody know how long my cardio should be?
i.e. a 15 minute run, 30 minutes, i dont know how long i should be going for without burning too many calories
also does the amount of cardio i do varie on lifting days?
Morning cardio on empty 30 minutes steady pace hitting 70%. Pyramid the duration up until you hit 1 HR. 5-7 times per week depending on how die hard you are. Thats what I’d do and preach. Your goal is reaching a caloric deficient state.
Lift just as hard and maintain protein and good fats high. Carbs are up to the trainer. I find that hitting less than 50g is my sweet spot. It varies accordingly. My two centavos
