I just finished 4 weeks of the intermediate program and I’m back to my strength levels prior to christmas. I also gained 10 pounds of muscle in the process and cut 2% bf based on a tanita scale. The tanita scale is the baseline I’m using with a friend in a friendly body fat reduction competition.
However as I’m training for strength I’ve hit a problem in that the next weigh in is in june and I still want to continue with this advanced program but I’m not sure if added cardio would be detrimental. So I’m looking for suggestions as to what I can do and when that would not hinder recovery but still maximize fat loss.
Big fan of walking on an incline as it is but adding jumping rope or something else would be cool if possible.
