Is doing steady state low intensity cardio session right after weight lifting session a good choice or is it going to compromise muscle growth? I’m concerned having read newest Poliquin article.

I really don’t think it’s much of an issue as long as you take in enough calories. It may make a 1% difference which isn’t enough for me to care.
Pop a couple bcaa pills and there will be zero issue
Thanks!
You’re probably good. I’ve had much more success doing HIIT or complexes as a finisher, but that’s just me (and many other people).
