Carbs and Mutation Series

This message is for any and all using CT’s Mutation Series Program. I’m about to start on it, but have a few quick questions. In the dietary log, does the carb count include fruits and vegetables, or is it simply the starchy carbs? Also, for those of you already on the program, in which phase did you experience the most successful fat loss? Seeing as that’s my main goal, should I start with phase one or phase two? Lastly, would it be more beneficial for fat loss if I replaced one or two of the low intensity energy work days with high intensity, such as 400m sprints? Any and all help is appreciated, Thanks.

The first two weeks are to get in Ketosis and burn fat quickly. After that your energy level will drop so you need a cyclic ketogenic by consumming carbs only on weekends. I’m currently in week 6 and although it was hard to cut carbs, once you get used to it its no so bad.
