I’m wondering if Carbolin 19 will be able to help me. i’m 18 185 5’11" this is coming from 120 5’11" when i was 16 though so i have been making steady progress. i went the way of Grow! bars instead for the time being, that and continuing my current diet through summer, at one point in thought about cutting. but that lasted all of about 5 minuets because what i really want is size.
ok! so my question. will Carbolin 19 help me put on mass? i’ve always gained lean never above 10% BF no matter how clean or relaxed my diet became.
right now i am averaging about 1.5 grams of protine per lb i might have to be bumping that up in order to gain size. somthing closer to 2.2?
i am supping with creatin and i’m getting anxious for the next step. but i know “everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but ain’t nobody wanna lift that heavy ass weight” haha

are you kidding? 120-185 in two years is crazy. you’re 18, put your effort into eating all you want and doing the programs on this site that appeal to your eye to a T.
Up you Calories, Carbs, and Protien and you should be fine. Carbolin-19 is to use BETWEEN cycles or programs to keep the gains you made. It has a ton of other cool effects, but that’s just the main purpose of it.

Carbolin 19 will be beneficial, of course, I don’t doubt that.
However, I’d recommend you focus on eating more and keep training consistently. I think there’s still plenty of room for gains without supplementation.
i’ve recently read an article detailing the “easy hard gainer” which i think i am. my main problem is calorie intake! and not spending hours in the gym. i recently took on the big boy basics (Chad Waterbury http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459533 ) instead of my traditional 5 day one body part per day split. i have also been religious about limiting time in the gym. really now i believe its a waiting game. but honestly who the hell likes waiting!
i also decided on investing in Grow! bars instead of Carbolin 19 for the time being. although i have been sitting at 185 for 4 months now and it just gets frustrating.
i understand the game tho. lift hard eat big sleep long. but i’d really like a bump and thats why i’m questioning this.
