Again, I meant feeling better physically because of a higher state of health, not because you are high!
Guys, stop trying to muddy the waters, you know what I meant.

Good source of carbs too.
EDIT: Damn, you actually already made that joke.
But Arnold said milk is for babies and when you grow up you drink beer, so there is that.
Iāll be honest. I actually donāt know what you meant. Bodybuilding =/= health, particularly when it involves dangerous shit like water cuts, AAS, and diuretics.
Carbs help most people with gaining muscle, but some simply do better without them.
Your correction technically isnāt incorrect. Thereās some pretty compelling research supporting the statement above⦠provided that addiction isnāt an issue
Suddenly I need a diaper change
My wife has, no joke, looked over at my laptop and saw me scrolling through piedmontese sales and said āIām thankful I never have to worry about finding you looking at internet porn like other wives doā
Tis but a different category of porn lol
I agree somewhat. I just donāt think that it varies to the extreme degree that you see these days. I donāt think our bodies differ that much in the sense that there is validation in someone eating 80% carbs and another person eating 0% carbs. Some need higher amounts of carbs and some need higher amounts of protein but I donāt it varies to that extreme rate.
Good one! ![]()
Just remember, that Dr. Darden said he believed that Zane would have reached his potential had he included more carbs in his diet. And Dr. Darden has trained more individuals for muscle building that just about anyone else.
How many won the Olympia as many times as Frank Zane did?
Dr. Darden did not have Zaneās genetics. Dr. Darden also never took steroids.
Iām referring to the people he trained: like you were doing.
Right carbs are not needed in most omnivores and carnivores, the blood glucose levels can be supported via protein conversion and in a diet with very low to no carbs, ketones become a big source of energy. I know people who have been ketogenic for years on end, some people love it, some people just prefer a carb diet. This is really well known, for āreferencesā youād just need to research the physiology of all this.
The people he trained got phenomenal results. What are you talking about? Did you see Eddie Muellerās results or Keith Whitleyās for example?
Awesome. So youād be able to tell me how many of them won the Olympia 3 times like Frank Zane did, yeah? I donāt follow bodybuliding all that closely. I can tell you which Worldās Strongest Men competitors have won 3x (Kaz, JPS, Shaw, Big Z and Pudz), but I only know a handful of Olympia winners.
You will go blind, ![]()
I encourage you to learn about the Bell Curve and distribution. The vast majority are middle-of-the-road, but there are statistical outliers on both ends of the carb-requirement spectrum
Discussing carbs is like discussing politics or religion, ![]()
Zane had great genetics and took steroids. Dr. Dardenās trainees were natural and not as genetically gifted as Zane or any other Mr. Olympia winner.
