Carbohydrates for the Muscles

This is exactly the type of dogmatic shit I’m talking about.

Since you have such a wealth of knowledge about everything bodybuilding - can you look over my training/diet log and give me some pointers?

If you’d have paid attention, you would realize I don’t hate carbs, and I don’t stand up for Keto. I think Keto is a cult (because of it’s dogma the irony) and it is scientifically proven that having carbs in the diet is better for muscle growth.

Truly, the problem I have is with uncertified fools like yourself think you have the experience and prowess to critique a 3x Mr. Olympia whilst being TOTALLY unwilling to share a progress picture of yourself. Did Zane have great genetics? Yes. Did he know what he needed to fuel his body with for the best performance? Also yes. Do YOU know what his body needed to squeeze out another O title? No.
