Overnight oats with blueberries and protein powder is a solid breakfast that isnt too heavy, depending on how much you eat of course
White rice has a glycemic index of almost 100, as fast as pure glucose and even used as a substitute for pure glucose in a glucose tolerance test. Fruit is considerably lower.

I can train fasted easy enough, although I my chosen morning pre-workout is blueberries sprinkled with cinnamon and an espresso. And occasionally a piece of dark chocolate while on the way to the gym.
