Hello everyone i want your advice about an issue a have. 10 days ago i had my back day i started with 2x10 sets of pull ups 5 sets deadlift with max load 100kg and after that i did 2 row exercises and after that i have the lat pulldown but i couldnt do not even 1 rep so i stoped. the next day i could bend over twist and everything without any back pain but when i tried to do a pull up i felt the same pain in the lower back from the inside in a way. so its 10 days now and i still cant do pull ups i did my chest day without any problem but didnt try legs or back again. does anybody have an idea what that might be?
