I am highly introverted and get a lot of enjoyement out of lifting weights, as well as burning, breaking and smashing stuff. I can also take the lead of a small group of mostly familiar people. When it comes to strangers though, my natural paranoia takes over and I think they are trying to fuck me in a way I do not want to participate in, and as such, I try not to divulge information about myself until I know them somewhat better, and if I have some common ground with them.
As far as the op is concerned, just getting some confidence will go a long way.
hang out with the cool kids and just mimic them, that’s what most people do, or start doing coke!
