Come to NJ to work the camera and you’ll have one
Getting a video is tough. Its hard enough to get a stranger to spot me; nevermind a stranger to spot and another stranger to video me and the original stranger spotting me.
When my college gym re-opens, I’ll set up a camera and do a 300+ bench in the power rack.

Repping… but of course now you have to define “repping”. Is it 2 or more? Minimum of 5? That’s why people use 1RM baselines, although your point of 1RMs having little bearing in BB is valid.
i would usually say 5+ = repping
but i’ll cut it to 4 for this thread
I’ve done 315 for 7 in the bench, 425 for 5 in the squat and pulled 455 for something like 8.

I don’t get it. Is a 300lb bench supposed to be a lot?
I guess it is if you weight 110lbs soaking wet…I was wondering the same thing, I am honestly not that impressed until people start hitting the mid 400’s raw…Then again, i am not a BB so I have no idea what I’m talking about

Check out my videos.
Damn. You’re definitely strong. The one question I have is do you find that you are still able to keep position and tightness on your shoulder blades when you do your own lifts with that much weight? Fairly hard to keep your shoulders pulled back on the bench when you are lifting 410 by yourself.
