I feel pretty good about myself, because I’ve always seen myself as the weak big guy in my gym

I do think those numbers are fairly easy, I have seen those numbers hit by athletic people who have never seriously trained before, its uncommon but possible. For the other 95% of people, those numbers don’t take that long (relatively) to hit. IMO

Damn!! That’s some impressive shit at 197. I’m about 195. Got 275 for 3 in the hang clean last week. Just above the knees to start with wrist wraps. I’m close to you on squat and dead but the most I’ve ever benched is 265 for 1.

I’m going to try 405 on the squat in 3 weeks, I can pull over 450, and I can probably press around 250.
so i’ve got 1/3 for now, 2/3 in the very near future.
Can pull over 450, squat probably around 375-380, and bench just blows maybe 260 on a good day. I really need to work on my pressing both bench and overhead.

At 235lbs:
365 bench (405 was so ugly and I suspect my training partner helped so I cannot claim it), I rarely bench though. Can’t seem to do it without incurring pain in my neck on the left side.
585 x 3 box squat
515 Olympic style back squat
565 dead lift
225 x 3 military press
yet I can’t curl myself out of a wet bag…

You got me going there, even running… For me, Press is “Overhead Press”. And 300 lbs for it, wow!
But 300 with the bench press, ok then, easier to get to.
Still can’t do any of it though… Nice going for those who can! And cheers for those who try to get there…
