Yeah, count me in the club
Can’t help but laugh when someone brags about how much they lift in the ‘big 3’ when they claim to be a bodybuilder, If i was a weightlifter/powerlifter I might actually give a shit.

Yeah because how much you squat, dead, or bench has no correlation whatsoever to how large your muscles are…bodybuilding has nothing to do with size.
Let me guess, you like to tone and feel the burn?

But bro, you forgot that myofibrillar hypertrophy is not the same as sarcoplasmic hypertrophy bro. Everyone knows that bro.
why 300/400/450?
isnt it 300/400/500. I guess OP is not good at deadlifts
18 yo, 190 lbs
bench 300
squat 500
pull 550
i credit my high squat and pull to my short ass legs (im only 5’7)
some of you guys either are incredibly good at squatting or suck at pulling. My deadlift is probably 100 lbs more than my squat. Granted my levers are more built for deads with longer femurs and a shorter torso.

Interesting. My deadlift max is currently 80lbs more than my squat, but my legs are proportionally shorter with a longer torso.
