Thats pretty much the same as the squat rack at my gym. You can pin press from the bottom. And if you werent afraid of lifting off the end you could press from it but its hardly optimal and could tweak shoulders etc. Best to get a proper bench or just focus on dumbbell pressing, floor press, pinpress.
