Can I Get A Little Help?

I have a question that I need a little advice on, I recently got out of the military, when deployed to Iraq I was a 170lbs solid honestly, when I returned I was 200lbs, or 210lbs.

I just got out, I’m now 280lbs. I really let myself go. I hit a real bad depression stage, PTSD, as some may know. It’s been seven months, then I saw a picture of myself recently and realized that I can’t live like this, so I decided to get back to my normal self.

I’ve already detoxified my body and am thinking of using T-bomb II and some fat loss supplements.

My question is, Is this the right thing to do or should I choose an alternate route, such as… this is where I need your help.

I’m disciplined enough to do it but I just need some guidance. I have a power rack a 300lb. olympic weight set and a heavy jump rope for cardio, can I get some advice?

My advice do exactly what you were doing when you were a solid 200-210. Thats it do that and you’ll bwe golden.
