the level of gainz is closely linked to the level of testosterone is it not? like you say, people can make gainz on 250mg a week cos it spikes their test level to a high number where as my body on 500mg may not be much higher than their 250mg level. I will make gainz on 500mg, sure, but to benefit from it (with this specific test e I have) maybe a higher dose is required, I’ll find out at the end of Jan.
Nope, androgen receptor density, amount of androgen receptors (and amount of cap repeat sequences in androgen receptors) all dictate as too what amount of gainzzz will be achieved from x dose… that and diet, nutrition etce
Literature demonstrates 300mg is all that’s technically “required” for most to make substantial gains in LBM over say 20 weeks (with a mere 6 wks showing notable differences in shoulder circumference absent of training)… granted these are untrained individuals.
People nowadays are merely impatient (myself included) and use far more than they theoretically “need”. Whilst results do come far quicker, so do (probably) negative outcomes.
no no, I understand that, makes perfect sense however my point is 300mg of prescribed pharma grade test differs to that of my 300mg ugl test in that it may be dosed incorrectly. that’s why I was trying to find out what such doses may (not certainly) translate to in test levels in the blood as my specific test e may be underdosed.
So, can we get a pick of what you look like on high dose tren? You probably look insane (vascularity, hardness, manipulation of sub q water retention etc.)

Looking insane on tren is actually sometimes hit or miss. Most days I actualy feel flat as a pancake (even when im busting those carbs). When I was on test alone, I had that blown up (balloon look) - lean yes, but pumped 24/7. With high doses of tren, sure, I am starting to get that grainy look which means I will look like a lean mother fucker powerlifter in my weight class, but dam, some days the extreme flatness makes you feel natty. But the vascuality in the upper chest, shoulders and traps is definite with tren.
I am actually in the process of tightening my diet a little more as I head closer to my meet. I would rather recomp slowly into my weight class than having to do anything drastic closer to the meet.

If I didn’t care about weight class, I would just stick to test, deca and dbol combinations.

I think it’s individualistic, I’d hypothesise for me (granted I’d never do this as I’m never using tren… just a ground rule I have) a low dose of tren would be pretty good for growth (say 100mg/wk and some dbol). As I reiterate though, I’d never use tren as for me the risk/reward ratio doesn’t cut it at all.
You know other drugs exist that have a similar effect (marginal weight gain with strength gain)
- stanozolol
- fluoxymesterone
- stanolone
- drostanolone
- methenolone
- oxandrolone
- mestanolone
and more
each drug has it’s own set of potential side effects, however I’m just pointing out these options as tren isn’t the ONLY possible drug one can use.
Fluoxymesterone would arguably be more potent than tren in relation to inducing strength gains, not recommending you use said drug though, just pointing that out. It’s known for inducing serious irritability in some though
A low dose of tren I could see working pretty well. But at high doses I think you just reach a point where Tren is burning through everything, you body dosent get much a chance for significant mass accrual.
Depending on how my weight and progress changes over the next month I might make some dietary changes regarding carbs. Maybe I just need alot more than I think on tren. As a natty I always needed alot of carbs.
Feeling flat dosent exactly help leverages for squat or bench. In fact, my bench is always off if I’m overly flat.
I’m 40% carbohydrate. I thought you were looking to maintain weight? What are you looking for over the next month.
Can’t say I’d recommend bulking up then cutting down close to a comp, one tends to lose quite a bit of strength on a cut… then again I’ve never competed so I wouldn’t know
At the moment, I haven’t needed to actually diet. I’m recomping nicely, and getting tighter every day, which is why I’m holding off on any actual dieting for now.
But I’m feeling flat 24/7 now which can sometimes really impact my performance I the gym, so I needed to kinda fix that.

Try increase carbohydrate intake, what’s you’re current macronutrient spread (C/F/P ratio?) How many cals do you typically consume daily?
High glycemic index carbs is typically best for quickly filling up a muscle with glycogen, so if you’re depleted (intense exercise will accelerate glycogen depletion) Perhaps some white rice etc will be of good use. Note adequate insulin sensitivity is pivotal to reap the benefits from carbs, so get that tested… esp if randomly going hypo…
