If a 15y/o wants to cycle he should figure his shit out for himself, similarly to the way I did it… and then preferably not talk about it openly, like how I never talked about ramping up to trying 40mg dbol in a singular day… WHOOOPS

How hard were you training squats before this? As in were you plateau’d at 180 and tren took you to 260, or is that a mix of training squat harder and tren?

I onyl ask because when I first switched to powerlifting my squat went 180-220 in the first 3-4 months even though I’d been doing some squatting before.

Don’t die though sir, get periodic cardiac evaluations if possible. Moniter lipids, I vehermontly dislike statins, but if you’re year round with an HDL of like 5 and an LDL of like 400 it’s probably the preferred choice to be on drugs that aid with cholesterol management

You’re kidneys will probs be fucked from tren/orals, don’t see any way around that, however antioxidant supplementation should help a liiiitttttleeee bit

Honestly, I tend to focus more on higher intensities for the big three rather than pumping out lots of volume in the way of reps (did this when natty, never helped my technique). I tend to save the higher reps for the bodybuilding work.

With gear, I have found you can get away with higher intensities more often than natural . So I changed my training to take advantage of this.

Agreed. If we all were marathon runners with low body mass, on low cal diets… never smoked… never drank… etc sure we would live longer. But I’m speaking in real world terms. There are guys that drop dead at 41 who’ve never had a vice in their life. Then there are those like Stallone, who still abuse gear, at the ripe old age of 73 living their best life. I don’t think such a bold statement of ‘it will’ can be made.

You’re confusing cross population results with individual results. Whatever age Stallone makes it to, he could have gone longer had he made deliberate health choices. Whether thats a good choice or not is up to the individual to decide though.

so you try to get your levels over 1000 on trt? I’m a b+c’er and even though I feel my levels may be low I’m not having any issues with maintaining my lifts on my cut so can continue as is. if you were to take 500mg test per week what level would you be expecting your testosterone to be at?

Hmm so probably 2900 ng/dl or so on 500mg, maybe a smidge lower or higher

I’ve never dosed that high, in terms of test 250 is my max ever used. On a smidge over 250 one week I clocked in at 1500

I’m currently on high dosages though (250mg test 100mg mast) and every now and then using dbol for like 4-5 days at a time followed by equal to triple the amount of time off… anyone who says “that’s not high dose”… it’s high dosage to ME okay, it’s all individualistic yeet

Currently at 165 at 5’5 (slightly under), so I’ve put on almost ten lbs of glycogen, water and lean mass in the past 3-4 weeks

Goal for 4 weeks from now is 170-175

SHBG, while it does fluctuate (as is normal) hovers from 14-30, free T is generally top of ref range at 800-900ng/dl

interesting, on 500mg my test was around 1900 and my estrogen was sky high, don’t want to think it is underdosed test maybe just that my personal response to it wasn’t the best. would it be unwise for my next blast to say use 750mg of the test I have (bought a shitload) to try and get my range closer to your 2900 mark? I will be getting bloods done on my next blast so will probably start out again at 500mg for the first few weeks.

Well firstly the response (concentration wise) isn’t entirely dose respondent, as in… data doesn’t back the notion that 500mg uniformly equates to 2x rest comparative to 250mg. Individualistic metabolic/elimination rates and the amount a site can absorb (I.e peak from delt will be less than glue, but HL will be slightly prolonged) will factor (amongst other variables)

Secondly I’ve never used 500mg/we, I’m guesstimating based on bloods on lower dosages

Thirdly, who gives a fuck about numbers, what matters is the rate of gainzz, not an arbitrary measurement

Some people have phat gainz on 250mg whilst others require 500mg for the same level of gaaaaiinnzzzzzz

All that matters is the rate of gaaainz without dyinnnz
