i was leg pressing about 880lbs with narrow stance and really deep reps for sets of 20 when it happened
its been 9 months and i can do free weight squat pain free, havent dared going heavy again
right now im getting grinding/popping feeling in my hip
is my bodybuilding career for legs over or has any1 ever got decent legs without squatting movements… i know squats are good for increasing testorone but now its all over for me
and does anyone know of any athlete that are able to get back into heavy squats like 200kg + after labral tears of the hip
