What vitex is and does? What Mag-10 is (or will be) and does? How can I tell the difference between the old methoxy and the “new version”? And finally, can ANYONE recommend a vitamin/mineral formula that they swear by, or maybe a digestive aid (massive eating calories rock my gut!) thanks again to the mighty forum!
I swear by LEF’s `Life Extension Mix’,it’s got almost everything,and if you want to try digestive enzymes,a good,potent Pancreatin formula would be a good place to start.
