I drink a gallon of whole milk every day, plus other foods, that typically equal 4000-5000kcal.
And I would guess that I went from about 10% bodyfat to around 12-13% now.

I’m 6’5, 208. I don’t count calories, but eat between 4.000 - 6000 calories a day I guess. I’m gaining about 2,2 pounds a week. In start 2008 i was about 182 pounds so I’ve gained 26 pounds so far this year. Body fat i up but not too much, abs is still visible.

cycling calories as in just carbs or all three P/C/F?
Usually I lower both fat and carbs a bit. I’m not on a low carb diet as I think it’s kind of a pain. I mean, I like to eat sandwiches and easy prep food and most of it is carb heavy. It’s funny, I usually eat more on the days that I don’t work out than the days I do. I don’t know why but it’s probably because I’m pretty lazy on my off days and just like to sit around and eat.[/quote]
yea i do the same thing, my body just does not stop wanting food, dosent bother me tho lol

wow good job on havin the fast metabolism, ho long did it take to go up 2% body fat?
Today i got two lifts so im going to try around 4200 kcal, its 11:38 and im up to about 2000 already so it should be easy

yep got a pretty fast metabolism and huge appetite, but its v hard 2 eat dat many calories(on the wallet) especially being a student
