I’m going to list what I have sitting around my dorm and then talk about how/when I take them and talk about my diet a bit.
2 containers of Cytogainer
4 containers of Surge
2 containers of Grow!Whey
and a bit left of protein powder i bought awhile ago.
2 containers of Metabolic Drive low carb
1 container of Metabolic Drive - complete
3 bottles of creatine Ethyl Ester (from axis labs)
2 bottles of BCAA’s from Biotest
2 boxes of Metabolic Drive bars
2 bottles of Salmon oil(liquid)
1 bottle mens multi-vitamin
OKKKKKK as you can see, im fairly “stocked”, I recently bought a lot of this stuff to help me.
P.S. i have meal plan/in dorms
Normal workout day:
10:00am - 2 packets of oatmeal mixed with milk with defrosted blueberries on it. Big plastic cup filled with milk and a scoop of protein powder mixed in. 3 BCAA’s.
12:15pm - Half sub turkey/ham on wheat with lettuce, american cheese, and tomato. Pinneapple. Banana. small container of milk.
2:00pm - Metablic Drive bar(300cal) or maybe a cytogainer shake(500-600cal), just something to fill me up a bit.
2:30pm - 2 pills creatine ethyl ester, 1/3-1/4 of my Surge drink(3 scoops in water, 350cal) sip on that during my workout, down the rest when i’m done. 2 min jog back to my place, i mix up 1 and 1/2 scoops of Surge in water and take my 3 BCAA’s and 2 creatine pills… i also have to eat something small to take pills… usually its raisins after my workout to get some sugar. ill drink a lot of water too(16+ ounces)
3:30pm - Usually go eat a General Tso which they say on the website is 900cal - 144g carb - 52g pro - 14g fat - It’s breaded(sigh) chicken and rice with some sauce over it… i don’t eat all the rice so i probably eat more like 100gCarb. I have small container of yogurt and lots of water with that, along with a small container of milk sometimes.
7pm - I’ll go hit up the cafeteria, Couple chicken “breasts”, Chicken/tuna salad & turkey on wheat with lettuce,4 slices tomato, american cheese, yogurt, milk, maybe an apple or like the “not so great” canned peaches or some kind of fruit, carrots sometimes. - ill eat all this food over the next like hour just sittin around. I’ll also have a spoonful of my salmon oil liquid(ITS SO GOOD (LOL)).
10pm - Usually a spinach salad with LOTS of hardboiled chopped up eggs on it, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, sometimes cottage cheese, some french dressing on it too(hard to go down without it, i’ve done it tho lol) - lotta water
midnight - snack on some nutttts -
1am - 3 BCAA’s with about 10 nuts(i need to eat something to take pills remember?)
OK, the reason I write this is because I know a lot of you have done this shit a lot longer than me, so i’d just like some input on stuff i should change or things that you would recommend.
About me: I weighed 135(5’7) last summer, gained about 10 pounds doing stupid stuff in the gym last year. Then for the last 5 months I have been training hard AND RIGHT and making newbie gains i suppose and put on about 15lbs of that i would say 12-13lbs is muscle, so i’m quite happy with how things are going.
I’m following CW’s Muscle Revolution Mass Gaining workouts. Just finished ABBH today. I want to get up to about 170-175(depending on how things go) then thin out a bit to look good for summer - about 160 hopefully. I just started taking BCAA’s and creatine a couple days ago. I’ve been taking cytogainer for about 1.5months. Prior to that I just ate a lot and had my trusty protein powder. This is my diet refined quite a bit, so if my results aren’t “amazing”, that could be one reason.
