Calling All Competitive Bodybuilders

Hello all,

So heres the deal. I’m wanting to get into competitive bodybuilding after a couple more years of work and am wondering if I could get any advice from my fellow T-men that compete or used to. What to expect, whether I should even bother etc etc.

My base right now is I’m 19, 5’7", 175lbs ~12-15% bf with lifts being BP - 275, SQ - 290 (yes weak but one of my more developed areas), BB Row - 175 for 10reps. Thanks for your time guys.

Well, Since bodybuilding is about how your body looks and not the numbers you put up, you’d do better posting your pics instead of numbers.

Anyway, good luck.

Point made. The first three pics are of a few months ago about 6-7 lbs lighter than I am now.

Heres some pics of me about a year ago… since then I lost about 10lbs in last summer (due to my work) but have regained it back and am continuing to gain weight. Anyways it has a pic of my legs which are about the same maybe a bit bigger now.

oops missed a pic

Sorry Buckeye didnt mean to discriminate just a slip of the keyboard. I would greatly appreciate T-Vixen opinions/advice as well!!

No problem Twisted, I just felt like being ornery. Chalk it up to a lack of carbs. :o)

First I would decide if you want to do natural or enhanced bodybuilding. Then you want to lay out why you want to compete and what your gaols are.
