Lol I appreciate the concern but this isn’t my first Internet forum. I just had to follow him here because I’ve been fascinated by the sheer stupidity he displays for the better part of a year. Also, I dislike ingrates.

I gave up reading at around post 400 so I don’t know what happened in the last 100 posts but…

@napelazam I went from 60kg squats for 5 reps to 110kg for 4 reps and 105kg for 8 reps in around 9 months
I went from 0 pull ups to 5 dead hang pull ups too.
All while my body weight was 71kg to 72kg.

What did I do? I followed the advice of the very same people who replied to you.

Ok I’m a little lost. He thinks that kind of progress is because I’m an over responder to training?

One of his prime excuses for not making progress is that he is a ‘non responder’ to training. Ergo your progress must mean you are a responder.
