There’s plenty to change, you’re just not willing to do it. You’re lazy.
No, I don’t.

No, I don’t.
The bottom line, and most obvious reason why you will never succeed, is that as soon as you decided it was too hard you gave up.
You didnt continue training while asking for help and looking for answers, you just stopped and lost all the weight you gained.
That is quitting. That is why you failed. That is why you wont succeed.
A few months is not enough time to build the GPP needed to put on muscle when your starting point is as low as yours was. You need to stick at it, and you didn’t.
Yes. I did ask what is gonig on when I trained. And I lost weight on purpose. So I can restart with less fat and thus more motivation. This is not quitting, it is just preperation until it is time
You stopped training. That is not preparation, that is quitting.
Yes, it was summer, of course I do resting here.
From what?
This statement suggests the reason is obvious. It is not.
Summer = Hot = No thanks to weightlifting. Cycling is ok, wind cools you down.
To be fair, it certainly sounds like you’ve had too much sun.
As entertaining as this has been, any chance you can shed some light on the question of troll vs obstinate beginner? Not sure how you know, but you normally seem to know.
I have no words to respond to the ‘obviously one does not lift in summer’.
Ok, I really didn’t want to make an account here, but after I continue to see this pregnant alien insult people who have made significant changes to their physique both here and on Reddit because this autist is salty about his own life and lack of effort, I gotta step in and say something.
I’m one of those people on Reddit that fathead was referring to earlier in this thread. Even though his ungrateful, flabby ass says that we over on the fitness subreddits were unable or unwilling to help him, I’m here to tell you gentlemen that that is an outright lie.
For the better part of a year, myself and a few other posters on these subreddits have gone out of our way to point this loser in the right direction. Every piece of advice we give him (which, surprise! Is basically the same shit you’ve been saying to him here) is met with an argument, anger, resentment, and his precious studies that he clings onto but clearly does not understand. He’s been shadowbanned by the moderators on most of these fitness subreddits because whenever someone posts a progress pic and explains how they got to where they are, he accuses them of taking steroids or says their progress is laughable, ignoring the fact that he himself is built like an eggplant. He then will self diagnose himself with various serious diseases, and even though he went to doctors to actually get tested for these diseases and they tell him he’s perfectly healthy, he will then go and make a post knocking doctors and how they have no idea what they’re doing, even though they went to medical school to get their license.
In short, all you guys are wasting your time. You’re arguing with the fitness equivalent of an anti-vaxxer. Someone that saw some YouTube video or read some blog post and is now convinced they are the number one authority in what they are talking about. He’s just a loser with no friends in real life, and looks to the internet to get attention, either positive or negative.

After reviewing some info (including his posts on other sites, more than just Reddit) I’m leaning towards a younger guy who’s got it all figured out already, isn’t really interested in hearing useful advice combined with a slight language barrier and some type of personality disorder.
Not some dude who, on a whim, whipped up a random account to troll a training site. He’s been asking this kind of stuff for years elsewhere.
If it’s still entertaining for you guys to bat around replies like a cat with a ball of string, go for it, but it’s super-clear by now that the actual thread question was resolved a couple hundred posts ago and intentions/likely outcomes are pretty clear.
for years? that’s not true come on haha
Two years ago, you were complaining that you weren’t getting results doing some program three days a week.
Question: What, exactly, are you looking for at this point? After more than a week and nearly 500 replies after your first post, what is your question?
2 years ago in the bwf subreddit I asked this? o.o
You might all answered somehow my question and I might somehow not understood a answer.
Agreed.
You’ve gotten the answer to your question, many times over. You just don’t seem open to actually applying the information because it means training and eating different from what you’re comfortable doing.

@Chris_Colucci for the win!
This really has held a lot of entertainment value.
unless the room you speak of is actually a closet, a very small one at that, there is room.
nobody has to do this.
wait what? you don’t work out in the summer?
you. fucking. pussy.
I live in Texas. I train at a gym that heats up over 100 degrees, with no air conditioning. You clearly don’t like working out that much if a little heat bothers you. I’m going to refer to you as the Fairy Princess of Pussytopia from now on. In every post.
Thanks for the heads up brother.
