This is DUMB. He had literally just pointed out that the first link wasn’t what he was talking about.
You’re a vegan?
I don’t even really know what that is.
This is also DUMB.
Good for acknowledging.

I really don’t want to be a jerk (more than I am) or unsympathetic, but you have undiagnosed this, subclinical that, and came to this thread asking for advice on medicine because you believe your body doesn’t work normally. Very sincerely, have you sought the advice of a licensed medical practitioner?
@T3hPwnisher I honestly don’t even understand your patience. Good on you
They dont know it either.
Best part of this thread was when he asked if Deep Water is right for his neurotype.
??? what @flappinit
@dagill2 and @TrainForPain Being a parent helps with patience. But it was a slow morning too. Managed to get a blogpost written too, and many of these interactions are helpful for inspiring more of them.
Best way for me then it so buy some T. My T must be low as hell.
Yeah man I added 200lbs to my squat in one year and then another 100 in another 1.5 years lol. Basically went from 185 to 500 in 3.5-4 years or so.
HOW?!?! WHAT’S YOUR SECRET?!?!
All I can do is 100x2, and that’s just gonna build that 2 year-long muscle that doesn’t work to pick up stuff, it just is for show.
Lots of hard work and genetics man. That’s all there is to it lol. And lots of steak burritos.
For those 3-4 years I basically squatted 3x a week barely missing any days, full body 3x a week, and just got better and better. There’s no secret man!
again. average is 1 kg muscle per month. and I didn’t gain 1 kg per month. this means i am a low responder to 3 times per week, 3x5-12 rep range
that means i need 4-5 sets a 5-12 reps
that is just my theory.
That is why you should stop making theories.
If that is your theory then please feel free to try it and find out.
Personally I think you just expect too much. If I gained a kilo of lean mass over the next month, I’d be amazed.
If you genuinely believe this to be true, get it checked. Seriously, you’ve shown you don’t know how to do this on your own, get someone who knows what they’re doing to help you. If you have genuinely have hypothyroidism or aspergers or rock bottom testosterone, get a diagnosis and get a professional to help you manage the issue.
This isn’T a theory. It’s results of various studies. 0.5-1kg lean mass per month for beginners. if you ain’t getting this as beginner you have medical problems or you train, sleep and eat bad.
As noted above though, I do not trust your ability to read studies. I also believe you have an extremely loose grip on the meaning of the word “theory”.
However, you are correct, I do not train, eat or sleep right currently.
this handles non-responders and avg. muscle mass per month
Don’t believe everything you read on the internet.
That’s an article, not a study. It certainly isn’t the thorough meta-analysis you clearly believe it to be.
The reality is that you need to get your head out of the studies and start actually engaging with the issues. If you think you have aspergers, low T, hypothyroidism etc., go and find out for sure. Then you can take action on it. At the minute all you’re doing is whining that you may have these issues. That is not action, it is not moving you towards your stated goal.
You are aware that these are things you can’t just test and get a 100% correct answer.
You can test for testo and get a good result. You can test your thyroid and hormones, and get a good result. But what if the good result isn’t a good one. For example, in germany a TSH up to 4 is GOOD. One country next to germany a TSH of 4 is horrible bad. That’s all according to studies. Everybody who has > 4 tsh will have a even worse result when he gets older. And he will need medication then. But this is also not a 100% correct thing. Nothing is. THe only 100% correct thing is if you train and you see how your body is changing. See those fabulous youtube examples of teens growing like beasts.
Testo: 9 of 10 doctors would say to a guy that his testo is good. 1 wouldn’t say it. Good luck finding that one. And good luck that you will be healthy when you’re older while you consume TESTO STUFF. Because it’s not known that the testo will make only good things for you. ![]()
And asperger has for sure nothing to do with slow muscle/strength gains.
So what is your solution now?
It does when it stops you going to a gym.
