Eating shit would be a very poor diet program. I wouldn’t recommend it.
is that program also for neurotype 1a guys?
It’s for everyone, assuming full function of body.
I have sublinical hypothyroidism
Oh cool. I’m missing 20% of a meniscus in 1 knee with a surgically reconstructed ACL taken from my hamstring tendon and have a torn labrum in my right shoulder.
Bodies are fun.
I heard hypothyroidism can affect muscle and strength gains. I don’t care what you have.
I’ve heard the same thing about ruptured ACLs and torn labrums.
how would a ruptured thing slow down your progress?
It’s tough squatting with a ruptured ACL.
Shouldn’t slow down your progress speed.
Wrong hormones though do slow down it. ![]()
This is a reason why I don’t trust your opinion on the matters of training.
A person that can employ both legs in squatting will get results much faster than a person that cannot.
Not if you have imbalanced hormones… omg…
Just do one leg squatting then. Not different. Your body otherwise is 100% healthy.
Which results in MUCH slower gains overall compared to squatting with 2 legs. Reference the earlier discussion in this thread on pistol squats.
are you telling me the calisthenics guys brainwashed me with “calisthenics for top, and weights for legs”?
I am not telling you that: no.
atm I can do only calithenics. And regarding the calisthenics link someone linked here, I don’t see how that differs from the bwf rr.
Once you decide to no longer limit yourself that way, run the program in that book and you will gain muscle muscle muscle.
Until that time, don’t concern yourself with gaining muscle muscle muscle, because your current approach to training won’t get you that. If you don’t want to train that way because it won’t reach your goals, that’s fine. Wait until you’ll allow yourself to lift weights, then go run that program.
I don’t think weightlifting will change my speed of muscle mass per month.
You may elaborate on why you think calisthenics won’t grow my muscles.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a push-up or a bench press with 70% of my bodyweight as weight amount.
Lifting weights has a history of making people bigger and stronger. It’s quite well known for it.
Right, and this is why I say you should not trust your thoughts on this subject.
