Calisthenics for 6 Months, Progress Slower Than What is Normal

that was like 80 kg yes. you don’t see it there. angle etc. but after a normal meal, nothing big, i look like pregnant when nox flexing abs.

so before the meal, you look fine?

when I wake up after sleep I look fine. and while the day goes on belly goes bigger and bigger. even when I dno#t consume lactose.

Because you will not gain muscle muscle muscle using bodyweight exercises. I’ve said that many many times already. Once again, why I don’t trust your ability to interpret studies.

This simply leads me to believe you read them incorrectly.

I have a feeling you lack the scientific background to be able to correctly interpret studies. Am I correct in that feeling?

That’s normal when you eat. Without eating, you won’t be gaining any muscle, not even maintaining. You have to eat to gain, don’t worry about how you look after the meal you eat, you’re just full.

xDDDD muscular calisthenics guys will still say the opposite of you.

@monickinmatko i am also sometimes tired when training. that’s not normal.

do you fuel up properly before training?
Also, most of those very muscular calisthenic guys are downing trenboloney sandwiches. They also use weighted calisthenic exercises.

I don’t care what they would say. I am talking about YOU.

I’ve used the word “you” many many times in that statement. Yet again, this speaks to a lack of ability to understand/interpret.

You also missed the question I asked, which means a lack of attention to detail in your reading. Which means, yet again, your ability to interpret studies comes into question. Let me restate it for you.

that could make me tired, eating 1 hour before training. otherwise yes, I eat 4 hours before training

@T3hPwnisher you don’t need that background to read simple studies.

how many meals and exactly what type of meals are you having pre workout? are you sleeping enough? I’ve read you said 8 hrs, so that shouldn’t be the problem.

I said interpret: not read.

Yet again, a lack of comprehension and attention to detail. You should NOT trust your ability to draw meaningful conclusions from what you read.

I have provided you with a document that literally tells you exactly what to do to gain muscle muscle muscle, and it was free. You will not use it, and that’s fine, but understand, in turn, that your issue is NOT medical.

@T3hPwnisher
that’s why you can read other peoples summary on studies
i forgot what document you send me? the one link to a article of the domain, this forum is hosted on?

@monickinmatko my pre-workout meals weren’t carb heavy  that might be the problem. but again, pre-workouts are not really needed what I’ve read. I sleep more than 8 hours yup.

sincerly, your dumb dumb.

you could try adding more carbs.

Which is STILL not interpretation. In addition, by reading another person’s summary, you are trusting THEIR interpretation. If that person is just as inept at interpretation as you are, you are in a poor situation. This is why you (I say you, not everyone) should not trust yourself in this regard. Build up the ability to interpret studies or quit holding them in such high regard until you can.

I did not send you anything. Yet again…

Get the Deep Water ebook. You can find it by searching google. Type “Free Deep Water Ebook” Download the first link you open. It will tell you everything you need to build muscle muscle muscle.

with sending i mean showing etc. what ever.
you are not understanding what I write, that’s the problem. I think I can comprehend studies.

I completely understand: I am pointing out how often you change words, meanings, etc and how much that can impact how you read and interpret things.

And that’s your problem. You can’t. You lack the necessary background to do so, and you’ve demonstrated poor comprehension in this very thread alone. But since you refuse to acknowledge even the possibility that you lack the ability to comprehend studies, you’re basing your life and training decisions off this misinterpretations and not achieving your goals.

Until you’re willing to even entertain the idea that you might not have all the answers, you will not gain muscle muscle muscle. If you ever decide your goal is to gain muscle muscle muscle rather than to be right about everything, read that book I suggested and do the program and diet contained in it.

https://www.amazon.de/Deep-Waters-Don-Both-ebook/dp/B07H4ZC7LH or this https://www.jon-andersen.com/free-deep-water-ebook/ or this https://www.amazon.com/Deep-Water-Overcoming-Waves-Life-ebook/dp/B019ZZLODC

The first and the second are the same book. I gave you such clear instructions on how to get it though, and you did not follow them, which is not surprising. Note how the first one says “Deep Waters”, whereas I told you to get “Deep Water”. Attention to detail.

The middle link is how you get it for free. If you want to spend $10 on it (I did), you can buy the kindle version.

ps: the first link isn’t from that “muscular dude”. it’s a drama book haha

i hope that thick guy doesn’T tell me to eat animal shit. i won’t support that crap.
and why is he showing another routine for every week? Full thing goes on for 6 weeks and then he doesn’t mention anything.

and why is he writing like an weed-addict?

Because the program has different movements on different weeks. Because it’s a program: not a routine.

Reading comprehension. Only the beginner program is 6 weeks long. The intermediate is 6 weeks long after that, and the advanced 6 weeks, for a full 18 weeks of training.

You are in a poor position to criticize the writing of anyone.
