Calisthenics Before and After Meals

Hey everyone, so along my travels of surfing the net I have read a few articles on how doing some light calisthenic training before meals would improve my GLUT-4 and Insulin Sensitivity, thus redirecting the nutrients to my muscles.

So I was thinking maybe doing 10 burpees immediately before and 10-20 minutes after a meal would suffice? Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated!!! :slight_smile:

Glut-4 is also the primary glucose transporter in adipose tissue. I wouldn’t waste my time with it.
