Calf Problem...

I’ve got an issue with my calf, my left calf specifically. It started up about 3 weeks ago…the problem is this - I can walk for about 50 yards pain free, but then my left calf “seizes” up…like I just did 500 calf raises or something…

I can still walk, but my left leg feels weak, and I start to lose feeling in my toes. The pain goes away if I stop walking, and I’m not really affected by this pain with any type of running… This has happened to me before, but it was quite some time ago.

The problem seems to just go away, but this time around it’s taking a little longer…could be I’m older now (38). I don’t have any issues with circulation, BP (low or high), and I’m not taking any medications…
Anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks!

Could be compartment syndrome, maybe some nerve damage? If you are getting numbness and weakness, you want to get it checked out. I wouldn’t wait for a bunch of suggestions from us on this one.
