Calcium and Zinc (ZMA) Absorption

Hey Coach, the launch of mineral muscle has gotten me considering ZMA as part of my regular supplementation. I have read and infact some ZMA supplements will say on the bottle avoid taking with calcium as it decreases zinc absorption in the body. Is there any truth to this? and since most ZMA is usually taking at night (before bed) i was wondering if it would still be wise to take a scoop of protein before bed like most of us do, since protein contains calcium?
