Where can I buy them, and how do I determine the right size to buy?
I usually wear a 10.5
A friend bought them on E-bay, but I did the stupid thing and bought them full price at usaweightlifting.org

Go to www.dynamic-eleiko.com for Adidas. It gives sizing info. I like the Adidas shoes. There are couple models. There are other sites too. Google “Adidas weightlifting.”
Go to usaweightlifting.org, check to see if they are still having a sale. The Equipment shoe, I wear them true to size, is about 1/2 price.
Try this website as well. It is a Canadian guy, but he still ships his shoes to the US. He gets you to trace your feet and custom makes a pair for you:
