Thanks everyone… Canada day was good… rained a little on our BBQ/ gathering, but not enough to intimidate us into not drinking beer.

Went to RMT dude… used the electrical shock thingy on my lat, tore my shoulder and lat apart piece by piece, but felt good after.

Still pretty stiff from last session, going to go in and squat today with some accessories, then got to go to work.

Nice job on the step ups, that is monster weight for first time around. I too feel like a 1 year old walking for the first time just about everytime I do those. It gets better, I rotate them out, then I decide to do them again, and my second right foot grew back where my left one used to be.

OK Bunny, don’t want to be a prick, but you seem more capable than that off the 3 boards at least. Are you getting a decent hand off? Are you keeping tight in your form? Not that that is bad work, but when working off the boards you should be able to load a lot of weight… Just some thoughts.

And maybe because you are so damn tall w/long arms 4 and 5 boards might be more appropriate for overload purposes? Ideas I am throwing out, and Meat can chime in.

I don’t have anyone to hand off… usually just have someone who is at least breathing to spot me in case I get stuck. I think I am keeping tight in my form… I am trying, and screwing around with my form all the time trying to get it right. Not for lack of effort I assure you.

I guess I am just weak, and suck at benching. Fuck it. Maybe I should change over to bodybuilding.

Bunny, my 3 and 4 board press aren’t that much higher than my regular bench. When I read Petes and Meats board press and how much more it is than their bench I’m amazed. So its not just you.

Can’t let you fall off the front page big man. Hope you’re getting enough sleep on third shift. My wife works third shift a couple times a week. Its just not natural.
