Yes… size 38… it is an “Inzer -Z” suit, and a guy you may know Ouro is giving it to me, Kaari Sutari… I think you know him. And as for your bench shirt… strictly professional, of course!
Felt like crap over the last few days, been pulling 18 and 20 hour shifts, pretty beat up. Nonetheless… it is squat day. Was gonna try the suit out today, but would rather wait until I am feeling a bit better.

Finished this last phase of 5/3/1 modified, going to introduce the squat suit in the next phase… this is going to be fun… I hope!
Can’t believe you haven’t even tried out your squat suit yet.
Those are huge raw squats. With those numbers, your geared squat is going to be obscene. Would love to see a vid.

Thanks KP… gonna get the vid camera out again, start doing some filming of my lifts for some critiqing.
Great squats. Starts to feel real heavy over 525 doesn’t it. Put that squat suit on and 600 will be a breeze.

Put the squat suit on and then things will get interesting… not easy. Even with the single ply suit get ready to learn how to really force your knees out and drive yourself down.
Awesome numbers bunny. Just started following along and look forward to watching your progress. Did i read right a 295x2 milt press. Incredible.
Hey Eco… yeah, I find once I am over 500 squats feel real heavy. I have been doing some walkouts with heavier weights too, trying to get the CNS used to the weight, don’t know if it is working, shit still fels heavy. I hope you are right about the 600 being “a breeze”… If I hit 600 I will be ecstatic. I wanted to hit 600 raw, but I feel like I have stalled. I wonder if I am at my full raw potential??
Hey Pete… gotta admit, I am nervous with the suit. From what I have heard and read… it is completely different method. Any suggestions for the first time I use the suit? Should I go as heavy as I can to see how it works? It is an Inzer Z suit, single ply, and from what I have read it is at the lower end of quality and “assistance” when it comes to squat suits.
Hey German… thanks for dropping in brother… I have not hit 295 military press… yet ![]()
If I have logged that somewhere in here, that is an error… sorry buddy ![]()
My PR for military press is 280x1 thus far, and that is after my working sets. I am sure I could better that if I came in, warmed up, then went for a PR in this lift, but I have a history of shoulder problems and am trying to stay injury free.

did some cable pushdowns dropsets and tricep pushups for a bunch just to finish them off.
Yeah, the Z suit is really kind of the Pacer or Gremlin of squat suits:) But it has the ‘leg locking’ thing going on, which means you are going to have to really focus on pushing the knees out and sitting back to get down there. I would put it on at 405 and just go up 405, 455, 495, 545, 585, concentrating on just getting down there. Have spotters ready/cage set up, and be ready to dump it if need be.
Lol, sorry was reading quickly. 280…295…all strong as hell no matter how you slice it.
While the suit might allow you to squat 600, you have to get your CNS trained to handle that weight. Do some heavy walkouts at the end of every squat session. And you will need help getting into the suit and to spot you. I find that I pitch forward more easily in a suit and really have to fight hard to sit back. So be prepared for that. Looking forward to hearing about your experience.
I have a second-hand single-ply suit and can get up to a 33% gain out of it combined with knee wraps. And I’m just a beginner.
^^^^^what she said. Yeah, the pitching is a bitch. That is why I made the comment about being prepared to dump.
Bunny. you need to get into some gear. It is another kind of lift. I want you to stay raw on your deads though. Bench is another thing though.

hahaha Pete!.. Gremlin/ Pacer of suits, thats awesome! I actually had a Pacer when I was 16 for about a month… the shit I did to and in that car! I usually squat in a cage anyways, so should be alright. Will scare the shit out of people when/ if I dump a couple hundred pounds in that thing.
Snap… my suit is also second hand, so it will be interesting to see what I get out of it. Unfortunately I train alone, and will not have anyone to assist me getting into or out of the suit, so I will have to figure something out. Been watching youtube videos on some different methods of getting it on solo.
I may start of doing some box squats in the suit, to gt me used to sitting back in the suit.
Big Bencher, how you doing brother? I was looking at some of your old pics… holy shit, you have put on some serious size brother! Are you serious when you say you want me to deadlift raw, and not in the suit? Why is that? Do you not think I will get some extra poundage out of the suit rather than raw?
hmmm, thinking about your height, and the size of that suit, and you trying to get into it alone. go try, will be interested to hear about it:)
