Oh… and Ouro… you ARE dirty :)… but old in just in your head darlin’… xoxo (heres a couple for BB too xoxo)

Those look serious.
You look real comfortable with the stongman stuff. You should get ahold of Jamie Emberly. He is right into that stuff. Thanks for the yanks on the straps big man. Ouro is not quite as forceful. BB
Nice work Bunnymeister. Part of me wants to do the strongman stuff, but I have these stubby Trex arms…
Wish I could hangout with you and those boys. That just looks like a great time.
same here. I need your friends. can I come up and live with you? I’ll do your gardening in your 3 weeks of summer…
thanks JJ, Ouro, Farmer, Elaik, BB (anytime brother!), Pete, Eco and MJ for stopping by. The strongman stuff is fun, and we got quite the mish/mash of guys training there… armwrestlers, wrestlers, MMA guys, firefighters (doing the firefighting competitions), hockey players, armed forces pers… strangely enough none of the guys there (that I kow of) have ever competed in a strongman competition.
You guys are welcome up here anytime, if you are ever in the area drop me a line. ![]()

500 lb deadlift with a fat bar? That’s some serious grip strength!
You must have quite a handshake.

When you meet him, don’t shake hands with him. I hear that it’s safer to just give him a big wet one. He’s got weak lips.

Lies. All lies.
How long are you on midnights? That’s a tough go. That’s pretty much all BB works.
Usually one week of night shift every 5 or 6 weeks, but we have been doing a “project” for the last few weeks… so it has been all midnight shifts, with a lot of overtime. But, finished that now and back to normal shift work for a bit… some sort of normalacy anyways. Training will be a little easier anyhow.
