Did a yoga/ pilates/ tai-chi class with the bride… I’m actually starting to get some flexibility in these ol’ muscles and ligaments… cool ![]()

deload… military presses 90x5/ 115x5/ 135x5,
incline bench 135x3x20 and 135x15
cable face pulls, tricep pushdowns- kept weight light, reps between 15 and 20… then I actually did some hammer curls, 40x10/ 60x10/ 70x8/ 80x5 then 45 to failure for burn set.
I definitely noticed the burn… been a long time feeling the lactic acid build up like that ![]()
Attached is a pic of the bride and I at the Halloween Bash… I actually won the scariest costume prize… the bride was a vampire vixen… heheheheh…![]()

Thanks Jack… Ouro… having a good time mixing it up, and this is a deload week for me so I am not getting too silly.
Ouro… this is my buddies place, 10th line between Angus and Barrie. We do this stuff any day of the week we feel so inclined, but the days everyone comes out is on the Saturdays. We have MMA guys, arm wrestlers, bodybuilders, football players, firefighter/ toughest competitors etc etc. come out to train.
Usually keep training until the snow gets too deep ![]()
