did you look down and check for the tampon string? J/K, hope this isn’t any major set back.
HAHAHA! j/k also.
On a serious note bunny I would rather incorpate a box set for your depth than pins set for depth. The box is a safer alternative because when touching the pins most sqauters pitch forward slightly and unload the bar slightly on the really heavy sets, while touching or just go to slow on the descent, not to mention do not sit back enough when sqauting to depth using the pins.(make sense?)
now on other other using lighter weight 60% of 1rm we use pins to start the sqaut(ala andersons) for dynamic effort sqauts in a 8x3 manner.
Nice work. bunny.
maybe one of the coeds can help with your pulled groin.
Don’t encourage the Bunny. I saw him post in SAMA a while ago. I wanted to interject and say 'Sir, come with me. Yes, pick up your bifocals. Here is your walker. We will get you back to your room where you belong and you can watch a nice episode of Golden Girls. Just don’t get too excited"

lol! Too damn funny. I took some Viagra that day, got one stuck in my throat… had a stiff neck for 2 days…
5/3/1 BENCH NIGHT SEPT 21 Have decided to try the “Boring But Big” routine, so it will leave more room for some GPP work.

DEADLIFT
315 x 3 sets of 10
315 x 2 sets of 8
Initially I thought these were too light, and was going to go up to 405 or so… glad I didn’t, these kicked my ass!
HANGING LEGS RAISE
5 sets of 15
These hanging leg raises really suck! I have not done these in about 2 years… fak!
This “Big But Boring” is different, finished this session in under an hour… might need a few more movements… we will see!
I never liked high rep deads. That many would cripple me. Love the pix. Now that’s a rabbit’s foot! Enough luck for a long time.
Off topic. Big kudos to Canada for leading the walkout on Ahmadinejad at the UN. Think the minister’s name is Cannon(?). Buy that man a Labatt Blue for me, eh.
Back from Californ-I-eh… had a real fun time! The team ended up staying in Fremont, and we played at Cal State University on Hayward (Oakland I think?).
People down there were great to us, real nice! Got a chance to tour around (too quickly, dammit!), but I got to see the Golden Gate bridge and Alcatraz… which was cool. Did not have time to actually take the ferry from Pier 39 (?) to the island, but still cool none the less.
Made it to the semi-finals on Saturday, a couple of ou guys got hurt… dislocated shoulder, broken thumb/ hand and a blown out knee… but we played, then we got smoked! But all in all it was fun.
Then we went out Saturday night to a Country and Western Bar… and had A LOT of beer. This place was great, had a live band… people were pretty friendly too. I think the place was called “The Saddle Ranch”.
They had this thing there called an “Oxygen Bar”… where people actually go inside the bar, they are then hooked up to oxygen… for what purpose I have no idea, but I had never seen that before. I asked 2 people what they were doing that for, and they looked at me, did not answer and walked away shaking there heads. Wtf? So, I have no idea… looked pretty damn silly to me.
I am pretty damn sore still… few scrapes and bruises, few tender joints and muscles/ tendons, so I will be taking one more day off then getting back into it (lifting).
