BunnyQuest s6/ b4/ dl7/ Raw

Thanks everyone… gettin’ anxious now… just wanna grip it, and rip it…

I am thinking about a 350 bench opener… and a 600 deadlift opener. I was thinking about going lighter for both, but I ain’t f’n around.

edit* gonna shoot for a 1,000 lb total

As a victim of two spectacular bomb-outs I recommend being conservative on openers, and that you choose weights you can triple. But you know your own capabilities best.

You’re going to do well. You have kept your i’s dotted and t’s crossed, a few more workouts and then take the deload as casually as you can, let your body rest up and ‘supercompensate’. Now let’s see if I can practise that over the next week.

i have to agree with the Pasty One… get in there get your openers with a weight that you could hit dead tire, sick and with a case of the Clap. trust me, if for some crazy reason you missed your first attempt, that would really screw with your brain for the rest of the attempts. i know for me, once i hit my openers, all my nerves go away.

you will definitely get that 1000lb total.

Ok… I will open with something a bit lighter. I will have to decide what though… will think about it over the next few days.

Awesome pulling Bunnyman! That 1000lb total is yours.

Gotta echo everyone else: 1000 total is well within your reach.

I’m here to spread even more cheer. You’re training is looking really good. I’ll echo MM and DCA and set an easy opener. As a recent sufferer of a bomb out, I can attest that it can happen even with an easy weight if you have your head far enough up your own ass.

Less then two weeks now, right? You’re gonna do great. Good you did the other meet to get the first time jitters out of the system.

Thanks everyone. Took an extra days rest, back was not feeling very well so gave it more time.

You’ve come so far in such a relatively short time, Bunzilla. You are gonna rock that comp.

That sounded sappy and metro.

Um, you’re still ugly tho.

Yeah.

great skwatt’n you wascullly wabbit.

good work… does all that hoppin around prepare your lower body for squats?

lol! Thanks for stoppin’ in guys. I have had a real fun time over the past months, and it has been a blast getting ready for this comp. I have learned a great deal, but still know nothing… if that makes any sense??

Regardless of what happens at the meet… I know that I have worked hard to get where I currently am, I have prepared pretty damn good for a rookie (ok, an old rookie).

I am gonna continue to get better and stronger… just got to make some changes to my training after the comp. I will be discussing this with you guys after the show… 'cuz I value all of your opinions and insight.

Now c’mere and give me a hug… lol!
