8 days until forced rest… 2 more bench sessions, one deadlift and one squat session left… then 7 days off while I am in British Columbia. starting to get ramped up mentally and physically. This has been a long time coming, and the goal/ reason why I started training last fall.

Great benching. I can’t believe the meet is almost here. Being a PR whore isn’t a bad thing. I to lazy to keep track of anything other then max attempts.
