Bullworker a Good Tool for Bodybuilding

How dare you pose as a German to troll me! I am trying to only consume green vegetables on this diet. So no thank you. I suppose if I can eat a small slice of cheesecake I can eat a carrot. It is good to see other short people here like you and the prodigious Iron Dwarf.

Also, I have seen your antics in the Blue Oyster Club with your friend Captain Harris. Unless if you have had 300/ 400lb gfs or otherwise (your business ) I am not that impressed.

Seriously though, I have used the Tabata protocol with success in the past. I am nt fit enough to use it yet again. It will be next probably. I wouldn’t recommend it with weights. I think it is unnecessary and your from will break down a lot ( I have tried it). Also it slows your movement down, it is desirable to have very rapid movement pattern, bw is ideal IMO. The original study was on a stationary bike. I think Dan John is big proponent of it with front squats. The things is if you use it without weights you can use more often and for a longer mesocycle without burning out. I used it everyday for a few weeks a couple of years back.

Thank you for reminding about Tabata, I did get striking results for weight loss when I used it. It did cause a lot of DOMS to being with though. Well not just to begin with either.

I think also that any interval training with shorter intervals would achieve similar results. But that is merely educated speculation.

I struggle mostly with keeping junk food and excessive food out of my mouth.

I think most here think I am Sir Bullshitter, but hopefull I will close it within the next few workouts.

Also I am not sure why but with most of my training, I get quite a lot reps on my first set . Then my reps drop bty 50 /60%

e.g. today my first set with the TRX I got 10 in the first set but then only 7 then 6 then 5 in the proceeding sets.

Brool story, coe!
Keep on trolling, but don’t use German: it’s even worse than your English.
Or is it ‘pigeon’ German?

OP - It is so bizarre that you have lurked for at least 5 years and have now made this absolutely insane thread.

What’s wrong with my German? I haven’t hardly written any. Unless you have seen my post that got moderated. There won’t be that much wrong with that i.e. it should be easily intelligble to you . I suppose it could be a lot basic in terms of structure. Are you a native speaker? The sentence you wrote didn’t look like a translator.

Bolo - I don’t read that much here normally. I have asked a few questions and have got some good answers on occasion. I don’t normally use the bodybuilding section much though. But there is a lot more people in this section and there is no general section. There is a lot of bullshit and trash talk here too , which can be both good and bad.

Today is lower body plyos day again, so I probably won’t try the bullworker today.
The diet is getting a bit easier , I had lean chicken and vegetables for breakfast.

Managed 105 of 120 today strict.

It looks like a good tool for couch potatoes. I would rather lift some iron.

Baoding balls. I just use rubber balls. Cheaper.

They need some weight in them. You can benefit from different types of balls though.
I am going to get some shotputs soon.

I think attempting to close the bullworker is showing me that my biceps are quite weak.

This thread is ridonkulous. .

Any update on the video?

I am getting closer , it is has a slightly higher scale than I thought . I have got 105/120.
So hopefully the next few workouts.

I havve a bullworker and a few years ago i did a 12 week intense training couse that was out on the internet at the time.

The guy that wrote it said he had gained an inch on his upper arms when he tried the course, so of course i thought it would be worth a go if i was going to gain an inch on my arms.

Well 12 weeks later, yes i was stronger according to the power meter and had a few more cuts along the upper chest, but as for an inch on my upper arms, no, not even close to half an inch.

I find it’s good to use for a change but for building mass, very doubtful.

Don’t get me wrong, if anybody out there can prove me wrong, please do as i would like to know if you can build mass with this. As for the bodybuilder who advertises this, it is obvious that he has weight trained with help should we say and not got his physique from using the bullworker.

But who can blame him if he gets a wage.

Keith.
