is the bullworker a good tool for bodybuilding or strength and if not why not ?
Yes… I would’ve said no but that required an explanation. Too much effort on my end, not enough on yours.
I would say a lot of time under tension and it can be used dynamically too.
So I would think it should be good for bodybuilding. Perhaps a little rough on the body to use all the time.
But I just wanted to see if anyone uses one here and do they think got results with it for strength and for size.
Plus I already know my opinion, you can assume I haven’t done any cursory research if you like.
There is not that much literature available on them.
I don’t really understand why people get arsy on these forums mostly this section. It is mostly peculiar to here. It seems very closed minded.
They probably get arsy because you are a level 0.
Be careful that you don’t get too bulky. You don’t want to end up looking like the beast in the training video.
he does look a little large . Definitely a juicer.
Apparently you are looking at a least a 400lb bench press to close it properly though.
He doesn’t appear to be able to though.

WTF is this shit?
is this thread real life?

LOL
Arnold promoted the product in the 1980s. Closing out infront of you was the Arnold Challenge.
At the Arnold expo or ironmind or some conference 5 people alone closed it and they all had bench press of at least 400lb , so it definitely is not a joke product.
Also there is modern version call the Bow which is twice as hard to close apparently.
I am quite close to closing it
Honestly you are a bunch of monkeys (without the strength) on here. Do any of you actually read the articles ever?
Perhaps some do and don’t participate in the threads.
I remember this! Had one when I was 12-13 years old.

Can you whine any harder?
If YOU like it and already have your formulated opinion of it, why do you care what others think? It should be pretty obvious by the responses (and lack thereof) what others think about it.

Can we see videos of you almost closing it please? To show everybody how useful it is.
sure I will try and get one soon. It may be a bit older , it felt a bit easier than the others.
People here do seem to have preoccupation with people proving what does it matter really or obsessed about how people look.
So you monkeys or snakes rather are calling me out on it. Hopefully it will be a case of monkey see monkey do.
If you want to know , I am overweight but how is that relevant , for stats which I really couln’t give a toss about ,
215lb 5 " 6 15 1/4 inch bicep 12.5 inch forearms (no direct arm work at all) 25 inch upper leg.
I
Haven’t squatted in about year. Big upper back than most of you fools on here. Certainly wider shoulders easily but that at least 24 " but that is mostly genetic. Also I can give nearly double my bw airtime. Let’s see how many of you can do that.
Hopefully you don’t want a picture of me in my underwear.
Hopefully it will be a case of monkey see, monkey do. As they are very valuable for additonal work.
Plus lets see some of you close one fairly strictly. Lets see some of bend some metal rather than prine yourselves and shave chest and arse and pose in a mirror. Lets see you use 5 springs on Terry Chest Expander old style and I will bet at very least 80% cannot.
I’m always impressed when trolls lurk under the surface for about five years… lol
Hey I may be built like a troll but that post got me my goat. I understand people may not be interested but why post comments that don’t assist answering questions, just too bloody wine.
It is a little tongue in cheek too. I am sure some of the older guys here must have used one though. They were hugely popular. Plus they are dirt cheap and useful , just like chest expanders.
I am not that old either 32.
I was very actually very surprised I got so close to closing it.
Sorry I was just in a bad mood.

I know, right!
WTF with this guy?
do you really expect people to take you seriously after you called them monkeys and snakes for the last 12 hours?
why dont you go expand your chest, it helps with bad moods, vaginal inflammation and PMS
p.s, stop wasting our time with 80’s fitness crap and go deadlift and squat some heavy ass weight. this is the bodybuilding forum not women’s health section on Oprah.

This is a Bodybuilding forum lol. People are supposed to be “obsessed” with looks.
215 5’6 with 15 1/4 arms = SMALL ARMS lol. Maybe you should do some direct arm work.
God knows why you have decided to start all of these troll threads.
No one uses a bull worker because they are a piece of crap. Simple.

Fat short guy with normal size legs for a fat guy, and very tiny arms. Wide back (lovehandles?). And I really hope to god by “airtime” you aren’t bragging about a <430 pound deadlift. Because I know for sure you aren’t cleaning that weight.
Check your attitude, you aren’t nearly as great as you think you are.

It’s not “arsey” to point out that an explanation is required to convince you not to use is, yet you don’t need a supportive argument if I said bullworkers are great…
Seems like you’ve already made up your mind to train on it, so what’s the point when “you already know your opinion”?
