Smart ass… But seriously Im curious to see how much bigger they might get over the next few months. With the slight increase in training volume and slightly more give a shit. Considering how under trained my Biceps actually are.

Im a cheap ass! Never been big into Supplements other than Whey and a Multivitamin… besides the pre work out I have added creatine into the mix.

Some dynamic warm up stuff

Squat: 315 x 2/2/2/2/8… went really light since I went back using a standard bar along with narrowing my stance slightly and a higher bar placement. Honestly on the last set I had more reps in me. But, I started feeling the tweak in my glute where the hamstrings tie in.

Step ups: 3 x 10
Barbell calve raise: 5 x 10
Seated Band leg curls: 3 x 15
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 10

Well I think I have official narrowed down the culprit with the on again off again discomfort. Pretty sure the root cause is coming from doing RDL’s since it first originally started around the time I was doing allot of stiff legs. So needless to say I am going to drop them , Im going to try and see what effect Glute- Ham raise has on the area.

All seriousness, got the smoker prepped and getting ready to put in 13 lbs of ribs to cook for the next five hours.
I will say the way I do them i would say they Are not for someone trying to maintain weight.

I can honestly say I have three outstanding body parts which I will admit are probable genetic… a thick neck with traps ,chest and calves.
