Bench: worked up to 350 x 3 … stuck with my pre set cap , set was fairly easy relatively speaking.
Threw on the Sling Shot and worked up just using singles.
390 x 1…easy
410 x 1… so so . Had Dakota handing off to me which actually kind of threw things off no fault of his.
425 x 1… better than the last set. Since the bar speed was fairly good I decided to up it .
440 X 1… Got it but Damn. Had to really grind it through the lock out. Triceps where like REALLY…REALLY!!
Decided that was enough, also did not do any type of back off …
What the hell!!! Since I was not feeling super perky before hand due to a few nights of off sleep , went ahead and downed a Low carb Monster. Should have timed it better since it didnt kick in until after the heavy stuff!
Incline Swiss Bar press: 30/3 x 185 Total reps 33 up the weight next week
Lying Tri extensions: ( Swiss bar) 35/3 x 85 TR 36
Band Pull aparts: ( doggie style) 4 x 30 …performed these on warm up sets.
Observation… Really need to get the upper back where it should be strength wise.

Oh I didn’t hurt myself …not by any measure. But I will say I feel a little worse for ware this morning. For some reason Monster is like damn rocket fuel…Im talking extreme for myself! Like I mentioned I missed timed drinking it by a good half hour and didnt get the benefit when I really wanted. Unfortunately I tend to crash hard and feel like shit after words so I dont make it a habit of drinking them.
Yep ,same here. On my end everything lower body has gotten gummed up from not taking care of it. Which IMO probably is why I have been having issue with my lower body.
Your sons could be twins. Also, I waited for someone to comment on that meet photo where you and your son have the exact same facial expression. You train him to do that too?
Actually people have told me that they look like twins from a distance in the face… As for your question, I think its just something I past down to him.
