Sick as hell today

Worked half a day yesterday…called off today. Since Monday I have been asleep more than I have been awake… Ugh it bloody hurts to move.

Hope you get over the bug and get some sleep. Sounds rough)

It sucks. I didn’t leave the house for four days. Hang in there.

I left the house only because I’m self employed. Sitting in gym steam room l0 min/day didn’t really help.

Sounds about in line with this crap i got. Hit me hard early Monday morning at work.,afterwords came home and slept 12 hours . Foolishly I went to work the next day ignoring the fact it was taking a hell of allot a physical effort to walk from my bed room to my front door. Ended up only lasting a 1/2 a day of work before I threw in the towel. Good news is I think the worst is over ended up taking one more vacation day today because im not out of the woods yet.

I take it you have been dealing with the black plague also?

Well on a positive note i guess…Im getting plenty of rest physically.

NEGATIVE SIDE I had to eat up vacation hours for it…lucky for me I get 160 hours a year.

Damn… going to have to make sure Dakota backs off the food going into this Meet . Little SOB is near 200 with visible abs (hate the little prick)

Well I guess Ill try getting a light session in Monday…still feel kinda down from the Flu, guessing its going too take a little bit longer to fully recover from it.

:cold_sweat::weary: Lets just say the session was misery. Probably a few more days until im fully recovered ,I shouldn’t complain since 5 days ago I barely had the strength too walk from my kitchen to my living room .
