Still debating on the assistance shit. Nothing changes on my big 4 other than staying with the cap. Just need to decide on what I need to pull back with the assistance along with regulating the volume and intensity .

Even though I dont ask posters on here about this. I think knowing what size T shirt a indvidual can fill out gives myself a rough idea regarding a invidual .
Nothing tells me that a male is not self aware than if they give out advice on getting bigger if they are walking around in a medium shirt.
