Ego is a bitch… my numbers have never been world class thats for certain. But all things considered they were respectable on a gym rat level for a past his prime meathead. BUT damn those numbers are in the toilet currently and pride has raised its ugly head.

Unstable as hell upper back was feeling fatigued from squats with the new bar.
INCLINE DB: 26/3. TR 30…. Again love pressing them . Fucking hate getting them in position
Seated cable rows: 1 X 10.. and for somereason on the 2nd set. The right side of my lower back went into a spasm and seized up . Pretty much shutting me down for the session… not a happy camper.
Used some PTO today and took off of work. Lower back is still pissed. Whole body feels like ive been hit by a truck.
