Had a package arrive today

On a whim i purchased a new ez curl bar the black one it was under $ 40.00 .

Reverse hypers: 2 x 20 …warm up

Trap bar deads: 65% x 5

75%x 5

85%x5

3x5 @ 75%… slapped on some wagon wheels. Turning it into a slightly over a 4 inch block pull.

Pendlay rows: 20/3 TR 24… im approach these purely as a movement to regain some explosiveness. Using strict form trying to crack my sternum with the bar.

GHR’S: a bunch…. Need to play with the adjustments on the foot plate height and distance to pad.

Straight leg sit ups: 5 x 10 weighted.

Shrugs: 2 x 12

Good session… felt strong after. Glad I listen to the signals my body was telling my old ass and held off yesterday.

Minor drop in daily average bodyweight along with weigh in.

App slightly increased daily cals.

A few month’s ago , we joked about hooking up for a lifting session. Since we are sorta neighbors relatively speaking.
Thinking it over i would be game now. Once im done using pencil neck weight.

I wasn’t joking! I’m 100% in. I might need a good month or two of solid gym work myself to get back to a point where I’m not shaming my ancestors, but I’m up for it.
