Thanks… I had actually had forgotten that.
But yeah… I really need to put on my big boys pants and start using some more weight to get the maximum benefit from them.

Ok, I might be feeling the sudden increase of workload after doing those 50 pullups yesterday.
The entire upper back feels worked. ALL the way from the traps to the lower lats and everything in between this morning.
Sounds like a win. How are the elbows feeling?
Strong work!
Oh , the left one is fine. On occasion sometimes when I get over a certain weight while on certain pressing movements feels like a nerve gets impinge. It comes and goes.
Soon as I lowered the weight for 3 x 5 @ 80% sets it was good to go .
Luckily it doesnt occur on like Dips.
Thanks…. Now its time to widle down the set count. Also, I need to decide the number of sets to complete the 50 before converting to weighted.
But , I have awhile before that.
SsBar: 70% x 3
80%x 3
90% x 3plus… did 12 conditioning bit me in the ass
3 x 5 @ 80%
One legged squats: 3x10
Reverse hypers hypers: 4 x 10 @ 50% of projected ssbar squat 1 Rm. Technically its still conservative since my normal back squat is normally 75lbs plus over using ssbar . BUT today’s weight worked me.
Standing cable crunches: 5 x 10
Fyi… No Caloric tracking today
I had planned for this week to be wash , with the nutritional app.
Family affair in the “Dog Pound” today…. Pup getting a session in this morning
Buddy of mine who has electrical certification is giving me a hand with installation 4 LED light fixtures in the Dog Pound today.
And it was good…
Well this week wash a wash…
Will jump back on the wagon tomorrow. But im sure things will be out of whack weight wise.
Great home gym. Looks like you’re back to “normal.”
Thanks… eventually, I will have had enough and insulate the whole place. Along with adding a better way to heat it for the winter
Regarding home Gyms. I see indviduals post pics online and its hard for me to get impressed. Mainly because they look so sterile like some commercial gym or everything looks decked out and extravagant like its a show room and oddly unused.
I Guess im bias toward your classic garage or dungeon astetics. A little rust on a bar and some chalk caked in the knurling gives it character. More of a blue collar get down and dirty , lets get some work done vibe.
Sometimes i fight the urge to tell someone how “ fucked” there programming is. Either the problem being it isn’t being specific for their goal that they have set. The other i find common is it is tends to be overly complicated or part of the programming isnt needed or inappropriate for their current level.
I think the problem stems from…
Some of us like things neat … I feel judged.
Wasn’t specifically meaning you.. or anyone on the site.
Oh I was just kidding. I’m a neat freak and I proudly fly my flag.
And I somehow doubt that you give much thought to my personal gym. Lol
BENCH: 70% X 3
80% X 3
90% X 3 PLUS.. got 8
3x5 @ 80 %
Incline DBs : 32/3 TR 39… I like dumbell work , except the fact that on the heavier weight 1/3 of one’s energy goes to just getting them in position.
Seated bench width rows: 42/4 TR 39…my strength is really starting to go up these. Starting to see some stability improvement on the bench .
Ez bar curls: 20/3 TR 23
Thick rope curls: 38/3 TR 42… Really getting into the feel of these.
Definitely suffering from a food hangover over. Bloated… gasses and holding water and feeling somewhat like shit.
Oh well…
