+1 for white buffalo. I’m surprised I saw him mentioned here, me and my wife love his music. I’ll add a couple more to that list haha. Kinda relevant to the post but if you like White Buffalo’s music, I’d suggest most songs by The Bones of J.R. Similar style but a little more acoustic folk heavy, great voice too.

Went full auto regulation and did jokers sets.

Ok… its getting obvious my strength gains are blasting past my established training max I am using by a huge margin. BUT…I won’t do any adjustments and stay with the normal progression rate. and slowly allow my soft tissue to restrength for several more months.
After yesterday no discomfort in left elbow or shoulders …. Good sign.
How are those chaps coming along?
